Johanna Solomon

With 25 years of distinguished legal practice, Johanna Solomon has established herself as an experienced Malaysian legal professional providing trusted advice and effective representation to individuals, families and businesses.

Based in Shah Alam, she has handled a broad range of matters and built a reputation for professionalism, integrity and dedication in protecting her clients’ rights. She is also a Dispute Mediator (MMC) with the Malaysian Bar, helping parties resolve disputes through mediation as an alternative to lengthy court proceedings.

Nur Hidayah Mohd Ali

Nur Hidayah Mohd Ali is the Manager & Head of Conveyancing at Johanna Solomon & Associates, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the Malaysian legal industry since commencing her legal career in 2011.

Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in conveyancing, legal documentation, law firm management, business development and client relationship management.

At Johanna Solomon & Associates, Nur Hidayah leads the firm’s Conveyancing Department while overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of the firm. She is responsible for managing the firm’s entire property portfolio, supervising conveyancing transactions from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, coordinating with developers, financial institutions, government authorities and clients, as well as mentoring and supervising the conveyancing team to ensure the delivery of efficient, high-quality legal services.

Her professional expertise encompasses a comprehensive range of conveyancing matters, including developer and subsale transactions, loan documentation, perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge, deeds of receipt and reassignment, private caveats, state authority and low-cost consents, probate matters, Letters of Administration, Letters of Demand and non-contentious divorce documentation.

She commenced and completed her nine-month period of pupillage at Messrs. Johanna Solomon & Associates from September 2025 to June 2026, where she gained practical exposure to various areas of legal practice, with particular emphasis on litigation.

During her pupillage, she was involved in legal research, drafting of legal correspondence and cause papers, preparation of court documents, case management and trial preparation.

She currently serves as a Legal Assistant, with a primary focus on litigation and dispute resolution. She continues to develop her legal knowledge and practical experience through hands-on involvement in various legal matters.

Hakimi Bin Muhammad Sharif Aiman

Hakimi Bin Muhammad Sharif Aiman is a graduate of the Diploma in Law Enforcement programme from Saito University College (2023–2026), with practical experience gained through a three-month internship at Johanna Solomon & Associates.

Following the successful completion of his internship, he joined the firm as an Administrative Officer. He is responsible for supporting the firm’s daily administrative operations, coordinating office procedures, assisting the legal team and ensuring the efficient handling of client and administrative matters.

He is currently undergoing his pupillage at Messrs. Johanna Solomon & Associates under the tutelage of Ms. Johanna A/P A. Solomon, where he is receiving practical training in various areas of legal practice, with a particular focus on litigation.

Throughout his chambering, he has assisted in drafting legal documents, preparing cause papers, conducting legal research and attending to matters relating to court proceedings. He continues to gain valuable practical experience through his involvement in the firm’s day-to-day legal work.
